We will sell any house for a flat fee of $2,495. For an additional 2% of the selling price, we will list your home in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), which maximizes your exposure by notifying other agents that your property is on the market. We recommend choosing the MLS option to ensure a quicker sale. If you have the luxury of time, however, you may not want to list your property on the MLS right away. Without the MLS option, or if we sell your property without the involvement of any other real estate agents, you'll pay New View a flat fee of $2,495 - regardless of the selling price. The fact is, no matter which option you choose, New View saves you money, without sacrificing service.
