I have been a licensed real estate agent, selling real estate full time since 1990. For the last sixteen years I have also held a broker license, worked for some great brokers here in town and have been a partner in a local firm.
If you were to replace the word "selling" with "helping" that would be a more accurate description of what I actually do. I am not interested in SELLING you. Helping people purchase and dispose of real estate has been a great job and has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of great people. Years ago, a local agent started calling me “the hard working nice guy” and I have worked hard to make that an accurate description. I have been a licensed realtor since 1994, and have been with some great local firms, being in partnership with one of them. Now I am in partnership with Gordon Coble at New View, and with people who share the same enthusiasm and commitment to service as myself. I became a realtor because of the independence, with the knowledge that my success would correlate directly with the amount of effort I devoted to it. I truly enjoy being a realtor, as every day is a new and different experience.
In my spare time I enjoy working out, traveling, reading, and spending time with my four beautiful grandchildren.
I'm living my dream and I'm committed to enabling others to live theirs, having already logged over 15 years of experience helping countless property owners and buyers do that very thing!
